Need help please with hwh jacks 1999 winnebago

I HAVE A 1999 WINNEBAGO ADVENTURER 37'
"200 SERIES HWH"
JOY STICK LEVELING JACKS AND SLIDE OUT CONTROLLER

I HAD THE ROOM OUT AND THE RV UP ON THE JACKS.
THE BLACK TANK WAS NOT DRAINING. SO I LET THE DRIVERS SIDE JACKS GO UP.THAT LOWERED THE DRIVERS SIDE
I THEN WANTED TO RE LEVEL THE UNIT AND THE ENGINE WOULD NOT START (we were out of gas) SO I LET ALL THE JACKS GO UP. added 5 gallons of gas
RESTARTED ENGINE
NOW THE JACKS WONT GO UP OR DOWN
All the indicator lights check, fuse is good , batteries fully charged, brakes are set vehicle is in park
THE ROOM EXTENDS AND RETRACTS
Jacks wont go DOWN they are down 6" but red light on dash is not on

sounds like a loss of power to the control. check for power to the switch on the joystick panel. the next place is the three springs on the top of the panel. clean the contacts on the round circuit board down under the center stick. there is a free service manual for your system on the hwh website. a 12 volt tester is all thats needed for testing.
