Hwh problems

I got a gun case wedged under th bed as I sliding it out on my 2002 Journy DL. I already had the jacks down, and the front slide out. The bedroom slide went out about 12 inches and stopped.Now the slides and jacks won't work. I checked the 3 fuses at the pump and they are OK.

I have owned 2 motor homes with HWH slides and jacks. The only similar problem was a motor failure on the hydraulic pump. You can check that problem buy using a volt meter or test light on the power cable on the pump motor while someone activates the switch. I could hear the solenoid click when I was testing for power. There was power to the motor so I knew the motor failed. Try this site HWH which as manuals etc. If all else fails call them Monday morning at 800-321-3494.

Good luck;
Don

I had same same problem and it was a $25 shuttle valve assuming you hear the pump running.

Last 2 times I called, I got put on a call back list which was running a week to get a call back. Not what I would say as right away. Still waiting for my last call back.
