How can I secure this?

2017 Fuse at both sides of the rear the ? Plastic ? "Molding" has pulled away from the plastic body part. I found where a screw had fallen out and was able to replace it in a very tight spot. But both sides remain separated. It appears there was some type of caulking that made a smooth seam. Looks like clear silicone Maybe? I'm wondering what would be a good Bond? It would have to stick plastic to plastic for Tupperware or fiberglass whatever these things are made of. Haven't called Winnebago as I find their tech people are generally rather rude and condescending so I'm asking the voices of true experience and love for their Winnebago. Sorry I can't attach a p icture...can't get that function to work right now!
