How 'bout wiper blades for under $2 ??!!

Right now RockAuto has a wholesaler closeout on 68241 Trico 24" (fits all your winnebago class-A's) for $1.91 each. Whoa!!

A pair shipped was twelve bucks and change.

Just use the part# search T65241 here: RockAuto Parts Catalog

They also have the 68261 which are the 26" ones for the bigger coach/windshield.

I have a thread going here on them in the workhorse chassis forum as well: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f22/wiper...ee-193798.html

You get what you pay for. I prefer buying Silicone wiper blades. They form better to the curve of the windshield, last longer than rubber, and don't crack and rot in the summer sun and heat.

You're really gonna sit there and poop on a generous post for a super deal for a lot of RV owners here? Really?

You're not gonna be anywhere even close to the cost of these Trico's with your sillly-cone wiper blades. Go ahead, tell us how much they cost.

Now you have me asking myself why I even bother.

Great tip! I just bought a pair for $10.52 with shipping. The pair I have now are at least 4 or 5 years old and these should last just as long. Thanks!!

"Whoa" is right! So the REAL cost is $6.++ each ...that's quite a ways from "under $2". I get 24" wiper blade refills at local auto parts places for $6 and change for the pair.

figure sales tax and fuel and time to go get them, and Rock auto seems like a deal to me. Don't even have to leave the house. Thanks for the link.

No good deed goes unpunished . Thanks ... I appreciate the heads-up!

Most of us don't know what we have on there in order to know what kind of a refill to buy. So unless you take a blade down and dink around trying to find a refill that works, this is a pretty painless way to get NEW blades from TRICO so that when we do need refills they'll be easy to order out.

I am so tired of going into a retail store to buy something and they tell me they can order it. Well I can do that too, usually for a lot less than they want for the same item, so I pretty much just get everything online. Plus I'm still a working stiff so my off time is highly valued and I don't want to spend it trying to track down parts and accessories for my hobby stuff - cars, bikes, boats, the RV, etc.

If you're all set then you're all set - this doesn't apply to you. And yes, you have to pay to have them shipped in. Even so the cheapest I could find blades elsewhere was $15 each plus shipping. There's either enough profit in a sale to include shipping, or you have to pay it. Either way it comes from somewhere.

The 28" are available ... Mine are actually 27 1/2" so 28" is fine.

Must be sold out - I can't get the order box to come up. Either that or I'm not doing it right.

Anybody know what my 2013 Fleetwood Discovery 40G would take? It's in storage, I'm in the office all the time, and I have never had to replace them. At this price, a couple of spares is on my to do list!!

I just checked...still showing as available. When you load the page, click on the menu tab PART NUMBER SEARCH, it's the next one over from PART CATALOG that comes up first. Plugin 68241 and the Trico ones come up, still $1.91 each.

I'll see if I can find a listing for that one.

EDIT: the trico fitment guide comes up with these for 2013 Discovery. Rock Auto has the "289" (28-9 below) for $3.50 each and the 37280's for $1.91. Wow!!
Just drop out the '-' in the part number search - they both come up.

TRICO Force »

TRICO NeoForm »

TRICO Exact Fit »

TRICO Chill »

CHBROWN--thanks for that! I found my blades, added in a couple for my Toad too (Wrangler), and got out the door for under $16.00 for all 4 blades. Sweet.
