The heater vent registers in my 04 Brave are starting to look very ragged. Does anyone know a place where you can buy replacements other than Winnebago?

We replaced 3 of them. We were unable to find exact ones in home centers so our dealer supplied them at a good discount.

Take an old one with you for sizeing. Lowes, HD, Meards just about any home improvement store will have or can get what you want. I suggest you get the ones with the dampers on them. I replaced all mine when we had a 2001 Adventutrer 35U. Was able to control how much heat came out of which vent.

I had also put fiberglaass screening round them to keep a lot of dog hair from going down inside the vent.

We replaced all of them in our coach with standard 2" X 10" ones from Home Depot. They were the exact same size and color.

I replaced all of mine with ones that have dampers. On the same trip to Lowe's, I found a magnetic vent cover material I use to cover them when not in use.

We wire brushed them and painted them a hammered bronze as I recall. It matched the old color pretty closely.
Since we put down laminate flooring DW is not happy with the color so I will have to repaint them in a few days.

I bought a couple when I was in Forest City. They were pwter color with dampers and were about $4.50 each. I was supprised as I thought they would have been a lot more expensive.

The ones with dampers are the way to go. You can shut some them off so as to "force" air into other area's. Good Luck
