On our Sunstar, you remove the bulb from behind the lamp assembly. I can do it through the hood opening.

SLO, I'm glad the subject came up as I was going to post something similar. A couple of my headlight lens appear to have (maybe) condensation in them - not moisture exactly, more like a light smoky appearance. I was hoping to clear them up.

Have you ever noticed this with yours and/or ever had the lenses out? Or, has anyone else? My suspicion is that they may come off by removing the nuts on the back and then pushing the light housing forward but if someone has already figured it out, I'd just as soon not experiment.

Thanks

I think my right lens is slightly clouded. (It's still dark here so I can't run out and check. I'll look later.)

I have yet to remove them. However, I did figure ouot something else interesting when I was contemplating an LED upgrade.

I looked up the part number molded into the lower front of the lens, and the assemblies are from a 2001-2011 Ford Ranger pick-up truck. They are commonly available on the Internet for as little as $20-$30 each or so. For that price, it may not be worth messing with trying to clean them.

Looking at the Avatar picture on the OP's profile he's not got Ranger headlights rather some round projector types. (I have the ranger headlights)

Slo, that is interesting and I'll check it out more when I get the RV back which is out for a generator issue. If you explore further, let me know. Thanks
