I have a 2007 Journey 36G. This evening, I unplugged the rig getting ready to head to the NASCAR race this weekend. After it was unplugged, I started the gen to run the A/C while I was loading. Nothing...there is no power to the coach with the gen set running.

I've made sure the breaker on front of gen is ON. I also checked the fuse panel under the bed. It is OK as well.

Any thoughts....I'm a newby at all this.

Thanks!

Okie, I don't know how a Journey works, but on my Sightseer, I have to plug the shore power cord into an outlet in the utility bay to run off the gennie. Do you have to do something like this or is it fully automatic?

Tap the transfer switch with the butt end of a hammer handle.

Ahhhh, the joys of hi-tech. Tom's got the answer, but I'd probably use the other end of the hammer.

Okie,

The switch should be in the bay that your electric cord is in. Mine is pretty obvious mounted on the back wall of the last bay on the drivers side. I agree try to tap the switch and it should kick over.
