Know we had this discussion not to long ago about the left mirror wobbling more than the right one. After tightening the spring clamps the mirror was better but still not as good as the right one.

I took a close look at the right mirror and noticed that the mirror glass was completely enclosed by the shell. My left mirror had the far left corner out in the wind a tad. I adjusted the mirror shell (casing) by hand just a tad to the inside so that none of the mirror edges were exposed to the wind.

Result. Left one as good as the right one.

That is just what it tells you to do in the WIT Magazine. I guess it works then.

Ditto. I had the same problem and solved it by trial and error. Finally by sheer luck I got it right. Now I know how I fixed it with this thread. Thanks.
