You can push that little hole reset until the light blinks and then walk them in but never more than 2 inches on any one side. That should re-sync it. Check your brake lever. I believe it should be counterclockwise for operations but your manual will tell you.
I do not have the reset hole you are suggesting........I am going to try what Forest suggested.....it's easy enough and it might resync itself. I might also bring the slide out a couple of inches, push the reset on the back and than just holding the in button.

I finally had time to have the full wall slide looked at......I was finally able to make an appointment at lazy days in Seffner Fl.
The reason the slide would not compress the aft section, was the weld was broken at the ram. I could have tried all day to reset the closure and it would have been impossible. It was a bad weld job from the factory.......no signs of it ever had been re welded.....just bad workmanship. My warranty covered the repair, lazy days was surprised that it was covered fully less the 200 deductible.
Now we are ready for our trip in a couple of week to Alaska...( 3rd trip)

I had a similar problem with my 2008 Winnebago Voyage 32H. Took to Camping World and they found that both hanger bolts on the idler ram (middle ram) were broken which allowed the slide to drop about 3/8" and bind. They could not get at the bolts to remove and replace them so they welded 2 vertical pieces of flat bar to hold the ram in place. I'm not satisfied with the repair but it seems to work.

Thanks for the update.

Isn't it amazing what we pay for these units only to have the craftsmanship be so low.

That is exactly what they did on our coach......the drop would not allow me to open the bays on the drivers side when the slide was in......it kept the slide from fully compressing the aft seal. With the repair, it solved the problem......the repair was as you described.....but on ours, he re enforced it with a second set of gussets, I was pleased with the repair they did a good weld job. I was glad the warranty covered the repair....
