I would give HWH tech support a call on Monday. They're pretty good about helping folks diagnose and fix problems in the hydraulic jacks/slides system.

Strongly concur with getting HWH support involved however when I tried I was told I should have a call back in 1 to 3 days. I never did get a call back and this was two weeks ago. Also tried their problem submittal via email and no reply was ever received. HWH parts department was different and did get me a replacement hydraulic line in just a couple days though.

I suspect this is their busy season and "repair facilities" get priority over just us customers when it comes to support.

Your "Mobil Mechanic" should have instant access to HWH consultants.

Just as a side note, - if your jacks will extend, your pump is pumping.

I asked the HWH Parts folks what their current price on solenoids was thinking I might just carry a spare. I do have a memory problem but believe it was near the $170 each figure. At that price I will consider swapping one out while waiting for a replacement.

ya know - i've put off phoning HWH folks just cuz i hate getting tied up on phone. but you guys have suggested it several times and i think it's time i listen. so! ok already!!! i'll give them a call Monday - certainly won't hurt - and could net me valuable info. and since my "mobile mechanic" is having trouble getting the part - perhaps IF HWH concurs with him, they could get the pump to him sooner than his usual peeps.

No - my jacks won't go down either. when i push the button to extend or retract slide, the motor whirls but nothing happens. when i push the button to put down a jack, nothing. soooooo guess it's time to talk to the big guys. will do!
