Thinking of buying a bra cover to help protect front of MH. Anyone put one on there MH? We have Itasca Horizon 2005.
Anyone know a good place to purchase?
Thanks,
Bren
We have one on ours, it came with it. It really helps protect paint, easier to clean bugs off if I keep it lubed up with Armor-all every few months. Only downside on mine is that it has mesh over the lights, making them dimmer, I think. I don't drive after dark, but I don't like the mesh on the lights. Here's a link to a place:
If you're like most people you'll use it for a while then decide the extra work isn't worth it. It has to be removed and dried out if it gets wet. Grit gets in between it and the paint and acts like sandpaper. Had one on our 2000 DSDP, didn't order it on our 2002 DSDP and haven't regretted it at all!

Bras tend to be troublesome if not properly cleaned, dried and maintained. The best method of protecting the nose is the "clear bra" type of film. It's easy to keep clean and doesn't cause the "sandpaper" effect sometimes associated with traditional bras. I had the big ole plastic nose on a Country Coach. It was a beast to keep clean on both sides and looked goofy, especially when aged a bit. The clear method replaced them. I had both of my cars protected with clear bra when brand new. One is the toad. It works great.
