In October the driver side rear jack would not extend. The solenoid was replaced by HWH under warranty including labor. Four "jacks down" series later the passenger rear jack failed to go down, but the other three continued to work. Since we were at the beginning of a three week trip and 3 of 4 worked we decided we could work around the lack of one until we got home. A few days later on the second "jacks down" series, the passenger front jack also would not extend so now only the left side worked! Fortunately, we had the yellow "lego" type blocks with us to help level the rig. After taking the rig into the dealer at home for repair we received a call from HWH tech support. We answered various questions to help them decided why our solenoids were burning out. The final result was four new solenoids and four new sets of springs replaced under warranty including labor. We are nearing the end of a four week trip and the jacks are working great, and reatraction time falls within HWH's parameters in relation to ambient air temperature! Thank you HWH!

Their customer care is exceptional! I suspect one reason is the owner of the business is very active and if you are at their factory for service, you are very liable to bump into him as he "manages by wandering around."

Kudos to HWH

(and you can't beat the free lunch!)

We have had to rely on HWH twice with our coach, and they are just awesome. Had a rep call & speak with us after hours & tried to trouble shoot our problem at home, then he said it was wasting to much of OUR time so he just authorized a bunch of replacement work.....THANKS DAN!

I have had the opportunity to go to the plant at Moscow on 2 different occasions. The service was swift and friendly. The cost was minor. It would be hard for me to purchase a coach with out HWH installed.

My husband and I with phone in hand installed four new solenoids ourselves. They walked us thru it and everything is cool!

I would have to agree. We had all four hoses on our 06 Adventurer start leaking. Although, our warranty was expired by one month, HWH replaced the hoses and paid for the labor to replace them.

HWH just covered the hoses and 5 hours labor on my 2001 which is many years past the warranty date. The dealer wants 7 hours labor but that is another story.
