Drivers Side seat Fuse

I have a 2011 MB Sprinter 3500 Via the driver side seat has blown the fuse and as such is not all the way down or locked. This then has the safety squealer functioning. The manual points me to a fuse location on the driver seat panel were there is no fuse holder with that number it states it is 15 amp ( checked all ) Please assist 12 hours of beeping could be troublesome.

With all three manually operated - still squealing ( please help or send me a link to wiring ).Thank You

Followed the 12v line and found another limit switch up under the seat ( not activated ) metal tag to activate not quite touching . Once repositioned drivers seat goes up and down as it should. locked in down position ( facing forward). disengage the hand brake - Still squealing. Checked both forward limit switches appear to be functioning. In the locked position. what next any ideas.
