Hi
We are proud owners of a Sightseer. When we purchased the unit we were totally inexperienced and did not realise the climate in the UK would require us to have double glazing.
Could anyone advise as to the possibility of fitting double glazing to replace the original single glazed windows.
Thank you

Welcome to the forum . This is an outstanding place to get help with RV issues and share your traveling experiences.
I'd suggest you contact Winnebago owner relations and inquire about the manufacturer of your windows...perhaps you can purchase double pane windows directly from the manufacturer. You can email Winnebago at [email protected].
Include the serial # of your coach in your message.
Other folks on the forum may have other/better ideas.

With all the new "spage age" materials available perhaps there is a product like a stick on film that will also provide insulating qualities. It would have to be cheaper than changing out wiindows. Just a thought.

Due to non-standard window sizes (compared to home windows) your best bet will be to order the windows through your local Winnebago dealer. But be prepared: no doubt, it will be an expensive replacement project.
