That is where I found it, left of the steering column and mounted to the firewall on a bracket. It was the 9 pin, not the 6 pin like yours. Everything worked great, now to set up the screen the way I want it. Thanks for the help!

limandlin, i like that setup.

i was thinking about making a shelf between the dash and the drivers window for my netbook to mount on, that is currently where I have the CB right now. i might reconsider. I did look at these mounts from Rosewill, not sure if they have enough height for me to see. Rosewill.com - Computer Case, Power Supply, Computer Accessories, Networking, Peripherals.
