What can be used to reattach the exterior fiberglass to the inner wall.
I have already removed all of the trim and have opened the wall panel so it can dry out.
I have also found the source of the leak and that will be fix along with wall. Any ideas and info about products to use would be helpful.
How did you open the wall panel? I'm not sure what you mean by that?
I had a slight delamination issue under the drivers side window. I used what methods I have used on boat decks and the fix seemed to work so far.
I drilled holes just large enough to insert a West System syringe down the exterior wall where it was delaminates. I then mixed a West System 2 part epoxy, filled the syringe and started injecting down the holes until I was out of epoxy. My section was only about 6" wide by 18" long. Once I was out of epoxy resin I placed a strip of blue painters tape over the holes, placed a 24" long 2x4 over the tape and used braces to press the exterior wall in to make it flush. I left it this way for 24hrs.
I am repainting so I used a fiberglass filler and fared the holes and have since primed and painted so the area isn't detectable. I hope this helps.
I tried the West Sytem on my old trailer and worked on it for weeks before I gave up. Since I have been there with this problem I feel the best way to tackle it is from the inside. If the luan is damaged you will have to put somethin in it's place. There is simply nothing to attach to.
On my MH the sides are rivited on and if I had it to do over I might try that then dress up the rivits. All depends on the luan. If it is still good ,glue it.
Jchet,
I found my problem which is about 3' x 4' I removed the trim above the storage boxes and the drivers side rear trim corner and was getting water out of the side. I have a split above the window about 3" long, that is where the water is coming in. So what it comes to , is that the wall is now open letting it dry out.
Read up on their CPES. Used it to treat some bad floor plywood and it worked well. Plan to use it to "fix" water damaged luan on my sides, under the fiberglass siding.
Going to try the layup and laminating resin to attach the fiberglass to the repaired luan.
Already bought both.

watch out with gorilla glue. it expands as it cures and if you brace the outside enough it might start breaking things on the inside instead.
I agree with the warning but:
Gorilla now has a water based glue that they market as "gorilla wood glue". I used it to laminate some luan on a project and it really worked well, does not expand like their well known urethane glue.
I've been in this boat....boy let me tell you. Jchet's syringe glue injection method is your best bet if it's not too bad. You can fill the holes with a dot of white silicone, so you'll hardly see it.
Going from the inside out isn't always smart. It can be scary inside them walls, trust me. They are sandwiches together in layers and although the delaminated parts might separate nicely, the non de-lamed portion will likely be rock solid.
