I currently have the same problem on my 2003 Winnebago Adventurer. The fan only works on high. I've since replaced both the switch and resistor, to no avail. Any other ideas?

That is an interesting problem. I would think you have covered everything in that circuit for the blower fan. I got tired of replacing the resistor so I put in a variable speed motor control between power at the switch and the blower motor. Solve my problem.
