Cupboard falling off wall

We just got home from a 3300 mile trip. It was a winter trip. We noticed the cupboard unit above the love seat is literally falling off the wall. There was hardly anything stored in that unit. We have a 2018 Voyage Lite 25RKS. Is this a bizarre thing? Plus we picked up two hitch hikers in Montana who ate all the food, chewed the anti-skid material and made a mess. They are deceased now.

Hopefully you're still under warranty. Don't let it go since complete failure could be dangerous or, at least, damage the cabinet and/or the wall. I suggest you double check to see if it's the connection to the wall or if there's a failure inside the cabinet like screws pulling through, etc.

Bob, we do not have a dealer who will work on our unit. We bought it over 700 miles from home and the closer dealer will not work on it since we did not buy it from him. We are going to call a cabinet man to see if he can come and rehang the unit. It is very strange and getting worse. Have no idea why it is coming down, the top is coming out from the wall. Was hoping someone else had the same problem and could share repair tips. Thanks for responding.
