Sunset over the lake. Was a bit cloudy, but I still like this picture.

Nice shots!

I did a double take at first, as your first photo looked really similar to one of our rig at the Outbackers rally a few weeks ago.

Have you run into many 35J's yet ?? We saw 3 other ones at Fort Wilderness...but I haven't seen any others going down the road or in other campgrounds. I always keep my eye out for them though.

Only 1 so far, it was the Itasca version. Tried to talk with the owners but alas they were always out riding on the dunes when we tried or it was pretty late.

I didn't notice that until you mentioned it. It's probably because they had to take a break from playing to have dinner. They do love roasting their own hot dogs !!

How is this for some grass, we found this spot at Vermillion Lake Recreation area, near Montrose, South Dakota. This is a nice sized property for 14 dollars a nite, electric only. We have already taken our boat out.

FR: You need to come down out of the mountains. I just came in from mowing my yard in preperation for our first trip. We are heading for Rocky Mountatin NP for the weekend.

FrontRangeRVer - you got to come on down to the front range for some green grass. Our lawn is looking great with all the rain we've had in the past week.

I doubt Trail Ridge is open yet, but could be wrong. Check the National Parks website for details. BTW, they are doing major work on the Trail Ridge this year.

CLICK HERE for more details on Trail Ridge Road. I guess they open on May 25, 2007.

I saw some pictures within the last week of the plows cutting through the TR Pass. That is one job you could not pay me enough to do. I have been in this area for over thirty years and still have trouble with that pass but it sure is beautiful scenery.
Will be in Moraine CG which is all that is open until next week.
Shannone: Sorry your post got hijacked but your pictures reminded me of our long ago MHing. Hope we have some grandkids in our future to enjoy similar trips as yours. We even did the Disney World trip and stayed in their CG for 10 days -- probably mid to late 80s.
