First time post here and new owner of an 04' 33V adventurer w/workhorse....upgraded from a 94' Bounder 37X and very pleased so far. When standing at the foot of the bed, I have a 10x20 filter on the left and a 14x20 on the right. The manual says 33V's have only a 10x20....is it ok to have both? By the way, this is an outstanding forum!

Hi! Welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your new rig! I would not be concerned about the extra filter. The manuals often have little inaccuracies, either because they were made up before the design was finalized or because of options. The important thing is that you know where the filters are. More filters means more airflow and that's a good thing. It's also possible the previous owner added the second filter for better airflow.

If you use your rig much, you will find the need to replace the filters fairly often. The True Air system moves a lot of air and the filters get dirty pretty quick.

I was in the mode of replacing my filter (I have one) about every three months and I just discovered the one I replaced a month ago was seriously packed up. I buy the very good pleated filters, so they probably don't last as long as the cheaper ones but they certainly do the job.
I also have the 33V - 2004 chassis and 2005 box, and have the two filters under the bed. Had a hard time finding those sizes until I found them online at Ace hardware. Ordered online and they were delivered at Ace expense to my local Ace Hardware. Cost about a buck apiece in box of 12 each size - now have enough for myself and others in out WIT Gateways Winnies chapter.
