Thudman,

ONe more thing you may need to know.

The removal of the A/C on our coac is just like depicted in Duner's write-up with one very important difference. Our A/C slides out just like Duner shows but ours rests on a steel framework that is "hinged" on the inboard side. You can't even see the hinges. This arrangement allows the unit to be raised upwardly on the outboard edge for install or lowered for removal. The "control" is one 1/2" bolt on each outboard corner. Unscrewing the bolt gradually lowers the framework. Holler if I can be of more help.
