Back in the Saddle

Hi folks. I'm finally back after a six month hiatus. I've been ignoring my peeps on IRV2 for too long. Reasons for my being MIA are complicated so I won't bore you with details. No jail time was involved though

Welcome back!

I have the same coach as you. I love mine. Just did a trip to Winston Salem, NC and back. This is a great driving coach! One problem I had was the headlights and the radio would blink as if there was a power shortgage for a second. It would do this every 20 minutes or so. Have you ever had this happen to you? Other than that no problems whatsoever.

I have not had a problem like you describe. Off the top of my head it sounds like a loose ground wire somewhere. Can be a pain to track down though. I recommend you post your concern on it's own asking for advice on the best way to troubleshoot.

Had a similar problem on an Adventurer. It was a loose ground. Took the dealer quite a while to find it because it wasn't grounded in the location where the ground post was normally located. Had to dig around and remove the underdash fuse panel before it was located up against the firewall. Hope yours is easier to locate

p.s. Hope you don't mind a reply from an SOB. Having been a former member of this forum I often lurk around. Never can tell if another Winnebago is in my future.

p.s.s Vicsryd welcome back!
