Art Work

Has anyone tried to remove the framed pictures that came with your unit and replaced them with personal art? If so, how did you do it.

Thanks

Good question. I've tugged at mine a bit but was concerned that I would damage the wall if I pulled too hard. I couldn't tell how that was attached. I would be interested in others' experience too. I guess I could call the factory, just haven't gotten to that point yet.

I pulled the bottom out from the velcro tabs and lifted up to get the picture off the v shaped metal piece on the wall. Actually I don't remember if the metal was on the wall or the back of the picture but the removal would be the same.

We used the 3M Command strips to hang pictures and everything else on the walls.
Since we are getting the motor home ready to sell that has worked out well. The strips are easy to remove and leave no marks on the walls.

Thanks Clay! That gives me a direction to go in.

Clay is correct. Should be two velcro patches, bottom left and right. Separate the velcro tab's and lift up.

Thanks all,
We also use command strips to hang our 4x8 and 5x7 pictures, now we have an idea how to replace the big picture in the hall.

Clay is correct. Velcro on the bottom slip metal hangers on top. Pull bottom and slide up. Replaced all of mine and added a few. Got the hangers at my local ace hardware and used short anchors to mount them to wall, put new Velcro on bottom. 3,000 miles including the Indiana turnpike and no problems.
