The shelves in the freezer compartment of my 4 door Norcold seems to have a problem. They fit tight are the rear of the compartment but are so loose at the front that they are off the track on one side or the other. They are about 1/4" too narrow. It appears that the compartment is made in a V shape.
Does anyone else have this situation? Any ideas??

When was the last time you defrosted the freezer may have ice build up behind panels if long time.

It's a brand new rig and hasn't needed defrosting. The shelves just don't fit right

No problem with wire shelves but none of the standard door shelves would stay in place, even when loaded. You would open the door and the contents of the shelves along with the shelf would fall on the floor. No help from Norcold so I just got some gorilla glue and put the door shelves in place to stay. No more problems for past year.

Another strike against Norcold service and public relations.

Just talked to a factory tech rep, he'd never heard of that problem. He told me to take it to a local service center. I'd already talked to them and was told to call the factory.
And the plot thickens!!!!

Thats Norcold's Crappy "No Service" that they are noted for! They are about as helpful as Ice in Alaska as far as I am concerned. My next coach will definitely have a residential refrigerator

Finhawk, you said the coach is brand new! Have you contacted the selling dealer to see if they can help you out?

I'm in Las Vegas-----they're in Tacoma, Wa. So they can't do anything until I get back in May or June.
It's really nothing that affects the operation of the refer. Just irritates me every time I look at it.

Take a ride over to Finley RV I think they are still in business and were pretty good. At least they were.

I had one experience with them. I'll be nice and keep my opinion to myself. But thanks for the advice
