In my basement air experience 99% of any problems are electronic in nature. The electronics that are usually the culprit are available for service without removing the unit. Once outside compartment door is opened the electrical service items are behind a small panel on the left outboard side of the unit. Having said all that you would have to pull the unit out of the coach to access the coils, compressors and fans. A residential A/C repairman would be able to work on the electronics. Maybe this info will help you some.

According to RVP support, the sites listed with a "uf" should be familiar with basement air units.
The following sites are within 100 miles of Coarsegold that include that "uf" in the Services: section. Did you call any or all of them? IF none of them would work on it, it would be interesting to go back to RVP support and ask them to explain, eh?

I called all that were listed when I looked (about a year ago). I don't remember if these are the same. One that I ignored (not listed now) was Paul Evert in Fresno, never going there again for any reason.
