1998 Chevy P3 Service Manual / P32 Service Manual?

I have a 1999 Brave with a 1998 Chevy P3 Forward Control Chassis. I have searched the WWW for a Service Manual.

I have found:
1) '92 through '95 P3 Service Manuals, and
2) a '98 P32/42 Service Manual.

Don't understand why there isn't a 1998 P3 Manual.

Any advise as to which manual to get?

I believe that is a P30 chassis. There is a down loadable free manual at
bdub.net/manuals/p30/index.html
If that does not work try a google search for GM p30 manual.

ALL of the GM / Chevy RV chassis built were model P32. There NEVER was a P30....that is just a common mis-nomer, and while it is very common, that does not make it correct.

The second item you listed is what you seek.

Thanks AZ and Edgray. Great interaction here. I'm going to pick-up the Service Manual labeled P32. It's time for the Brave's 1st ATF change (in my hands), trying to figure out the capacities, etc. Interesting discussion on the P3, P30, P32 confusion.

I purchased the 1998 Chevy / GMC P32/42, 2nd edition, 4 volume factory manual from: FactoryRepairManuals.com: Factory Service Auto Repair Manuals for around $70.

Great manual, has more info then I'll ever use! I just wanted instructions for changing the trans fluid.
