You can tow any of the manual transmission Fiat 500s - I'd go for an Abarth for a little extra fun.

Baseplates should be available from Blue Ox, Demco, and RoadMaster. Tow bars, same story. You'll need to consider how to wire in the brake and running lights and I would suggest you get a braking system (Rvi would be my choice) while you are at it.

I towed a 2013 Fiat 500C with manual transmission using a Blue Ox base plate and tow bar. Worked great! It did not have a locking steering wheel so all I had to do was make sure manual transmission was in neutral and parking brake off. Could tow with the ignition key out.

Automatic transmission versions are not flat towable.

Knew someone else who tried to pull a 500 on a tow dolly without luck, don't know exactly why. So beware if you are considering that arrangement.
