Towing with a 2015 GM 1500 V6

On Monday I take possession of my new Micro Minnie. It has a dry weight of 3900 lbs and a GVWR of 7000 lbs. My truck with the V6 has a max towing capacity of 7000 lbs. On paper it appears I should have adequate power for towing this trailer. Does anyone have first hand experience with this or a similar combination?

“Pulling” isn’t usually the issue. What is your TV’s payload? What will you be carrying in the truck? I’m betting you won’t win any races but will be ok.

Thanks. I've had the trailer for a couple of weeks now and the truck pulls it with ease. The truck has a 1675 payload.
