House Battery Charge

I know I can check with a meter but thought I'd ask here if the house batteries are being charge when my 2000 Itasca Spirit is plugged into 120 outlet?
If not then was thinking of installing an onboard charger.

You should have an onboard charger (called a converter) in your rig. You would probably be wise to upgrade it to a new model with 3 or 4 stage charging. Batteries do much better with a multi-stage intelligent charger.
