2017 Manual Honda HRV

Hi! We are novices and just finished a 400 mile trip from TN to SC towing this approved-for-toad vehicle. We stopped over half-way and found the car’s battery was dead. We had a jumper box, so got it started without any problem. On the second leg to SC, our tow brake’s alert went off telling us that all of the toad’s power had died. We were about 30 miles from our destination. We were able to jump it and the car’s computer was messed up but eventually straightened out. My question is, anyone familiar with this model/year HRV and which fuses we should remove for towing? We probably need to do this to prevent further mishaps.
