Pueblo, co to grand junction via hiway 50

Driving 40’ journey pulling a wrangler. Is this a decent way to go over the divide? Been on I-70 several times, looking for scenic way, yet trying to avoid the unknowns

We've been on Rt-50 over Monarch pass with our gasser. We were heading the other direction and did about 40 up the hill. Very doable I'd say. Our decent was a bit slower as we got behind a couple of what seemed to be newbie truck drivers going downhill. They were doing 10 mph. I think I had about 75 cars backed up behind me. (I was directly behind them) Once they got a place to pull over I passed them and never looked back. No cars passed me after that.

This is a very nice way to go. Very scenic. I have been over it several times and enjoy it. Just gear down as needed.

Thanks so much for your feedback!
We drove over yesterday and we are waking up in green river, UT this morning.

That was one of the most scenic drives we have been on! Wonderful scenery entire way. Drove it in 7 hours 10 min.
Strongly suggest it, weather permitting .
