Any Winnebago folks going to Quartzite Az in Jan 2015?

DH and I were just talking about going to Quartzite Az for our first rally and Huge show. I've decided to take a month off to be in Az for the rally/show and the birth if our next grandchild. Do Winnebago clubs go? Meet up? We would love to meet up with fellow IRV2 members ad well ad other Winnebago owners.

Who's in on planning to go and meet up. We have no idea where to camp it any costs so any and all information would be great.

Thanks and hope to meet up at Q!
Shaz

We go every year for 6 day's. We stay south of the big tent on BLM land. It cost but it's not as crowded or noisy in the free areas plus it's close in. We drag the truck behind with the quad in the back and use that to commute to the tent and flea market/swap meet.

We will be there after the Lake Havasu Ballon Fest.

We usually stay at Rose's which has a dump and water. It is farly convenient as it is on Keohn (sp.) St down the street from the big tent.

We go every year and camp with the Winnebago group which is usually on Plamosa road in the free 14 day dispersed camping area.

John Valley, that sounds wonderful and perfect. How do we get more info. How do we join the GRP?

In years past the WIT 365 Club organized it. Some members did camp in the same spot last year but, nobody organized it. Our North Dakota WIT Club had a campout in August and the WIT Central Area Reps attended. They are also the reps for the WIT 365 Club. They are going to Quartzsite also. I mentioned that it wasn't organized and they were going to bring it up to the WIT 365 Club. Rest assured a group will be there. PM me with your email address and I will keep you in the loop.

John, Diane and I will be back again. Our friends just traded their 13 Vista for a 08 Journey and want to caravan with us south for the winter. Hopefully they will join us at Quartzsite and Bob and Uwarda will also be able to join us around the evening fire. See you and Kathy at the Q again.

bruceh,
Was surprised to see another Adventurer owner from our area, we live just down the road below Yosemite Lakes.
I would like to get down to Quartzite and Yuma this year but don't know if we'll make it.

We go every year and stay about 10 days in Scadden Wash area east of the LDS church south of I-10. One advantage, cell phone reception is the best in that little valley. The rest of the three months we spend there is in Parker and Yuma.
