Rinkfish step issue

Posted 03-21-2018 at 01:14 PM by Rinkfish

I had this issue for two years now. My steps on my 2000 journey stop working. Last time I got them back I had to put the key in on position then turn on 12 volt system switch then worked tried that this year no success yet . Any now if I am doing this right or a better way to solve this issue?

In my experience, most problems like this can be traced to a bad ground. They are very simple circuits, so easy to troubleshoot. Check all connections and use a meter to check for power at motor and switches as well.
