Bought a 2016 Via with hot water on demand and after 2 years and many visits to the dealer we still cannot get the hot water to work properly. Any help?

Does anyone have favorable experience with a repair shop near Winston Salem NC? I am having problems with my slide controller? Thanks for your help.

I have an 2012 Itasca 34Y Meridian. The TV works fine but the radio speakers don't work. Has anybody had this problem? How might I fix it?
