I've got a new 2018 31BE that has issues with the sound system not playing on house power and map light not working on either chassis or house power. Has anyone else had those issues and resolved them?

Curious if anyone had any ideas on how to resolve some issues with my XSG2NA system. I've tries resetting the system back to manufacture default as well as removing the battery. The system has a few issues but mostly works. The touch screen malfunctions like the calibration is off. However it won't accept trying to recalibrate by not recognizing finger touches in the areas identified during the process. Also the DVD/CD player won't take a CD/DVD in the slot. Some touch screen areas work but...

Just bought a used 2004 Winnie Vectra. had it in flagstaff freightliner for service noting the trans temp gauge didn't indicate any temp, they changed the gauge and many $$ later and it still won't indicate, any suggestions.
